William Cook offers a comprehensive range of in-house radiographic inspection services, from the traditional isotope-based system to robotic real time x-ray and high-energy linear accelerators.

NDT capabilities

William Cook’s PCN level 2 & 3 qualified experts are trained in both conventional and advanced NDT techniques, including:

Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) to guarantee surface quality
Ultrasonic and Radiographic Inspection to guarantee volumetric quality
Gamma-ray and x-ray radiography with both digital and traditional film image capture
4-MeV and 9-MeV linear accelerator radiography of larger section thicknesses.

Metrology capabilities

All William Cook companies have access to cutting-edge dimensional inspection equipment, including:

Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) accurate to 1.2μm
FAROArm® 3D scanning for dimensional inspection and reverse engineering
Traditional manual CMM inspection.
